Pricing

Private call-outs are a fixed fee of £69 per device/service.

Business call-outs £69 per hour

  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • Businesses and Self Employed individuals
  • Travel cost for call outs outside our service area are charged.

Monday – Friday (after 18:00), Saturday, all day Sunday and Bank Holidays are charged at £120 as a call-out fee for the first hour.

Payments

We accept payments by Cash, Debit and Credit cards (Chip and Pin).

On-site Service and Repair

We offer reliable, professional technical support at home or in your office at our affordable rates. You will have your own IT Specialist at your fingertips to get you running in no time. No need to unplug all your computer components to have it repaired in a shop and wait for days or weeks. We will arrive at a pre-arranged time to diagnose and repair your devices.

We try to repair devices within about 1-2 hours, but if for any reason the job extends that time period, we will advice you about collecting the device and completing the repair in our workshop. Your device will be repaired and returned to you in a timely manner.

We repair computers, laptops and network problems. We offer a Collect & Return service which is covered by our regular rates.
